How often is Target Explorer updated and how can I ensure I have the latest version.
Target Explorer is updated regularly. To make sure you have the latest version of the program you have two options. When Target Explorer is running you can click the "Get the latest version" option of the help menu. This will cause the program to connect to our web server and compare the version that you are running against the latest release of the program. If a new release is found, you will be given the option of downloading it. The alternative is to check this web site regularly for updates and download an updated version from here.
'Get the latest version' feature does not seem to work.
In case that that you are connected to the internet, the most likely reason for this is an interference from your firewall.
